This notice explains information collected through medicoclinic.net. Clinical records and treatment consent are handled separately as part of your care.
Information you provide
The consultation form asks for your name, telephone country code and telephone number. Your email address is optional. It also sends the page from which you enquire and any campaign labels present in that page’s address. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information through this initial contact form.
If you choose to contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the contact information and messages you share through that service. You can use any of these alternatives to the website form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss appointments and help organise the services you ask about. Website infrastructure also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver pages, prevent abuse and investigate faults. A consultation enquiry is a request for contact; it is not a commitment to treatment.
Services involved
Consultation submissions are sent to Zoho Forms for delivery and enquiry management. Kinsta and its Cloudflare infrastructure provide hosting, content delivery and security. Selecting WhatsApp opens Meta’s messaging service. Clinic videos use VideoPress, and the virtual tour uses Kuula; these external players load when you choose to open them and receive connection information such as your IP address.
Medico Clinic is based in Türkiye. Depending on the service you use, information can also be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Contact us for information about the handling of your particular enquiry and the applicable transfer arrangements.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: responding to an enquiry, arranging care, meeting record-keeping obligations or resolving a complaint. Contact us to ask about the retention period for your information or to request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Information subject to a legal retention requirement may need to be kept for that period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry. Depending on the law applicable to your information, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Send requests to info@medicoclinic.net; we may need to confirm your identity before disclosing records.
You may also contact the relevant data protection authority, including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or your local European data protection authority, as applicable.
