Website storage and connections
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Some support security or sign-in; others can be used by external services. A connection to an external service can share your IP address even when no cookie is stored.
Security and administration
Kinsta’s Cloudflare infrastructure may use security cookies, including __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. WordPress also uses cookies for authorised administration and sign-in. These functions support site operation and account security.
Consultation forms
The consultation form sends your details to Zoho Forms when you submit it. Campaign labels in the current page address may accompany the enquiry. The country-code suggestion uses a same-site request when the form comes into view or receives focus. You can always choose the country yourself.
Optional media
Clinic videos are hosted by VideoPress and the 360° tour is hosted by Kuula. The website shows a local preview first. Choosing Play or Explore loads the selected provider, which may use its own cookies or browser storage. You can browse the rest of the website without opening either player.
WhatsApp, social media, map and publication links take you to external services only when selected. Their own privacy and cookie settings apply.
Your cookie preferences
We use the CookieYes plugin, served from this website, to show cookie choices and remember your preferences. Its necessary cookie, cookieyes-consent, stores your choices and a consent identifier for up to 365 days. You can select Accept All, Reject All or Customise, and reopen Cookie settings at any time. Optional categories are off until you choose them. The page reloads after you save a change so that open media players close.
Videos and the virtual tour use the Functional category. A player loads only after you enable that category and choose Play or Explore. External links still open the selected provider directly. You can clear cookies previously set by an external provider through your browser settings.
Managing your choices
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings, and close or reload a page to stop an embedded player. Blocking essential cookies can affect security checks or administration.
